Jonathan E. Tunney (CFA)
Managing Partner
Jonathan (Jono) Tunney, has a 20-year track record of collaborating with Fortune 1000 CFO’s on their Foreign Exchange and Commodity programs. As Director of Foreign Exchange at Hewlett Packard from 1995 to 2010, Jono managed more than $100 billion in annual Foreign Exchange transactions.
Jonathan's experience includes:
Valuation, strategic planning, mezzanine financing, tax strategy, and mergers/acquisitions. Jono earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University in 1991 and then went on to receive his MBA with a focus in finance from UCLA’s Anderson School of business in 1995. Jono is also a registered Charter Financial Analyst.
Gavin O’Donoghue
Vice President, Technology
Gavin brings over 20 years of treasury and financial risk management expertise to AtlasFX. He has held a number of senior management positions with Fortune 500 companies. From 2003-2006, he was responsible for running Hewlett Packard’s $5 billion Balance Sheet program. More recently, he was Global Treasury Lead with Pfizer’s Global Financial Solutions.
Gavin's experience includes:
Information Technology, FX and Commodity Hedging, Lease Financing, Liquidity Management and Treasury Management Systems. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science plus a post graduate diploma in Applied Economics from University College Cork. He also earned a BSc in Financial Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin.
Scott Bilter (CFA)
CFO
Scott Bilter has 20 years of expertise in the capital markets sector. At Hewlett Packard, Scott held a number of executive positions including VP of Corporate Finance and Foreign Exchange, and VP of Worldwide FP&A, overseeing a staff of 300. From 2002-2005, he was Vice President of FX Sales at Merrill Lynch.
Scott's experience includes:
Foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate hedging; debt issuance; stock buy backs, capital strategy, cash flow forecasting and financial planning. Mr. Bilter received his Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University in 1990 and an MBA in Finance from UCLA’s Anderson School in 1995. Scott is also a registered Charter Financial Analyst.
Katya Spolidoro
Chief Solutions Officer
Katya has over a decade of experience in financial technology and risk management, specializing in FX hedging and data-driven solutions. She leads the development of innovative tools that help global organizations streamline FX risk management and decision-making.
Katya's experience includes:
Financial Technology Innovation, Data-Driven Risk Management, Solution Development, and Financial Planning and Analysis. Katya holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the European University in Geneva.
Shane O’Reilly
EMEA Solutions Director
Shane brings over 25 years of expertise in Finance, specializing in treasury operations for multinational corporations. Transitioning into a pivotal role at AtlasFX in 2017, Shane is committed to deploying and optimizing FX risk management solutions, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Shane's experience includes:
Business partnering, systems integration, risk management, liquidity management, forecasting, audit, reporting and analytics. Shane holds a B.A. Finance degree from N.U.I Maynooth Ireland, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from D.I.T Ireland, and is a professional accountant ACCA.
Jim Gilbert
EVP Sales
Jim has over 30 years of business development and partnership experience in the treasury and risk management software space. His previous roles include EVP of Sales Americas at TIS, as well as senior leadership roles at Reval, ION and Cashforce. He leads the go-to-market and sales strategy at AtlasFX.
Jim's experience includes:
Sales management, strategic planning, market positioning, and strategic alliances in the financial technology sector. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University.
Peter Forde
Chief Information Officer
An innovative problem solver with over 17 years of experience in information technology risk management and governance. Peter leads the technology function of AtlasFX, working with AtlasFX stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure technology can consistently deliver the best possible customer experience.
Peter's experience includes:
Technology infrastructure management, IT risk management, corporate governance, cybersecurity & IT strategy. Extensive experience with information security frameworks, ISO27001, SOC reporting and GDPR. Peter has a BSc in Computer Science from University College Cork and is a professional member of ISACA holding CISA and CISM certifications.
Martina Giacomini
EMEA SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR
Martina brings over 14 years of sales and account management experience spanning banking, fintech, and manufacturing. As EMEA Senior Sales Director, she leads AtlasFX’s business development efforts across the European market. Her previous roles include FX and rates coverage for institutional and corporate clients, and she brings a long-standing passion for financial markets to her work.
Martina's experience includes:
FX and rates dealing, FX hedging, sales management, and business development. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and an M.Sc. in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.
